## Job Description ##



**Under the supervision of the Head of the Legal Department:**

* **Participate in the drafting, review, and negotiation of a wide range of contracts** (services, distribution, confidentiality, partnerships, intercompany agreements, etc.).
* **Contribute to the preparation and updating of legal and corporate documentation:** resolutions, minutes, powers of attorney, and administrative follow-up.
* **Support coordination with external legal counsel** when needed.
* **Help update and implement compliance programs and policies** (ethics, anti-corruption, internal procedures).
* **Fluency in English is required,** French an asset.

## The Successful Applicant ##

* Degree in Law (Master's or equivalent).
* Initial experience in a company or law firm is appreciated.
* Experience in a regulatedsector (pharma, medtech, biotech).
* Excellent knowledge of contract law, business law.
* Abilitytowork in a dynamic and international environment.
* Autonomy, strongsenseofpriorities, and attention todetail.
* Ability to work under pressure and respect deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills and team spirit
