We are looking for a dedicated individual who is ready to support our brand Tissot in realizing its numerous projects with impact. This challenging role encompasses the full spectrum of commercial law in various fields and requires close collaboration with all departments of this dynamic organization.We are seeking to strengthen our legal department with a Legal Counsel (m/f, 100%) to support our brand Tissot with a focus on commercial law. Your Role: As a member of the Group's legal department, you will handle the legal matters of the well-known Tissot brand. In this position, you will interact daily with various departments of the company, from production to sales, logistics, customer service, finance, and human resources, on a wide range of legal issues. You will contribute to major projects at the corporate level, such as the launch of new products like Tissot Connect, the development of online sales, or new IT solutions and support our brand Tissot in distribution matters, including from a competition law perspective, and prepare the corresponding contracts. You will enforce our intellectual property rights, negotiate contracts related to sponsorship events, brand ambassadors, and advertising campaigns. You will handle labor law matters, negotiate lease agreements, and respond to legal inquiries in collaboration with external lawyers for potential litigation. You will ensure compliance with corporate policies in various areas of activity and provide regular training. Finally, you will interact with your colleagues from the Group's subsidiaries abroad to contribute to significant projects in a motivated and talented legal team. Your workplace is Biel, and you will be at Le Locle at least one day a week.Knowledge and Skills:You are well-versed in commercial law, have a degree in law or an equivalent qualification, and have several years of professional experience in a commercial law firm. You are familiar with business projects and feel comfortable managing complex contracts with stakeholders in the industry. You are a native French or German speaker and have very good knowledge of the other language. You are accustomed to working in French, English, and German and enjoy your work, having a particular ability to recognize legal and economic connections with ease, understanding opportunities and risks accurately. You apply your excellent legal knowledge and experience for the efficient review, analysis, drafting, and negotiation of contracts in various legal areas and actively and independently develop solutions. You possess negotiating skills, perseverance, and demonstrate determination. You know how to convey information to the management of a company clearly and are responsible, loyal, and resilient and are characterized by your flexibility.
