We are looking for a Legal Counsel to strengthen the legal team for a temporary replacement (approximately 9 months). You will play a key role in supporting commercial activities, particularly in sales and distribution, while contributing to regulatory compliance and data protection. Provide legal support on matters related to medical devices, with an emphasis on data protection activities (approximately 10% of the role): review of clauses, DPAs, support for internal teams, compliance with LPD/GDPR. Identify legal risks related to commercial activities and propose measures regarding internal governance, document models, and legal processes.Requirements2-5 years of experience in commercial law, ideally including an understanding of Swiss law and local regulations, fluency in French and English (spoken and written) required.
