LANDSCAPE TEAM LEADER (M/F) Profile: * Confirmed experience in landscaping, specifically on green spaces and landscaped gardens projects * Professional in horticulture, landscaping, outdoor architecture or equivalent * Technical skills in the design of gardens, flowerbeds, lawns, landscape structures, and irrigation systems * Mastery of reading design plans and ability to adapt to site constraints * Experience in team management and multiple trades * Autonomy, rigor, and the ability to advise clients on design and maintenance: We are looking for a team leader specialized in landscaping to supervise and lead landscape design projects. Main responsibilities will be: * Oversee and coordinate teams of landscapers on job sites * Plan the work, distribute tasks, and ensure compliance with deadlines and quality * Implement landscaping, structures, and irrigation systems according to plans * Advise clients on aesthetics and maintenance * Guarantee compliance with safety standards and quality standards.
