Following a retirement, the Landscape and Biodiversity Service is looking for a: Landscape Assistant for Maintaining Sports GroundsYour mission:Participate in the maintenance of community sports fields and the arrangement of activities, primarily:- Participate in the maintenance work of community sports fields and synthetic fields as well as nearby landscaped areas, such as mowing, lining, or mechanized maintenance;- Ensure, on call, the salting and snow removal of roads and sidewalks, depending on weather conditions;- Participate in urban cleaning duty on weekends and public holidays, according to a set schedule;- Perform any other tasks related to the role, as needed.Profile:- Holder of an AFP in horticulture with a landscaping option;- Residence within 20 minutes of the workplace is essential to ensure winter viability, available during winter one week out of two;- Holder of a driving license for automobiles is essential, capable of driving manual transmission vehicles;- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in maintaining sports grounds;- Comfortable operating maintenance machines;- Able to work autonomously while fostering teamwork;- Capable of working outdoors in all weather conditions;- In good physical condition;- Interested in public service and sensitive to environmental protection;- Available according to the presence constraints related to service tasks, including weekends and public holidays.Offer:- A position in Class D according to the city's salary grid within a team and a municipality committed to social sustainability;- 5 weeks of vacation;- Possibilities of development depending on the position: July 1st.If you are interested in this position:Please send your complete application file (cover letter, curriculum vitae, copies of diplomas, and references) by Sunday, March 8th, inclusive.
