Land Registry Job Description The land registry guarantees property ownership, as such, it is the only entity to provide comprehensive information about a property; whether it be the owner's name or the rights associated with it. As the land registry, you lead a dynamic and competent team of about twenty people. You are responsible for maintaining the reliability of the land registry, thereby ensuring the truthfulness and accuracy of the information contained within it. Through your precise and rigorous work, you will contribute to maintaining the impeccable quality of the only institution that certifies real estate ownership. Responsibilities Ensure the management of the land registry and human resources Direct the land registry by ensuring the security of real estate transactions and the admissibility of requests Determine the taxation status of certain properties autonomously Attend tax commission meetings Manage special files (land amendments, partnerships with internal entities) and possess a master's degree with confirmed professional experience in the field of real rights or a related field. Previous experience in team leadership is preferred, along with the ability to be flexible, autonomous, and demonstrate leadership skills.
