Labor Market Inspector - Food Industry Job Description As part of the Labor Market Surveillance Directorate, you will execute the measures provided for by the Federal Law on Undeclared Work (LTN), as well as the control measures established within the framework of the tripartite agreement for combating illicit work in the food industry sector. You will participate in general labor market activities and in the execution of accompanying measures (MA) for the free movement of people in the food industry sector and contribute to the protection of workers in terms of health and safety at work through appropriate detection measures. Responsibilities Execute the measures provided for by the Federal Law on Undeclared Work (LTN), as well as the control measures established within the framework of the tripartite agreement for combating illicit work in the food industry sector and similar activities. Participate in general labor market activities and in the execution of accompanying measures (MA) for the free movement of people in the food industry sector. Contribute to the protection of workers in terms of health and safety at work through appropriate detection measures. Execute any tasks or assignments entrusted by the Federal capacity or equivalent; a professional commercial or bachelor’s degree is desired. A diploma in safety is a plus, along with proven experience in hospitality and proficiency in office tools. Knowledge of German and English is necessary. Familiarity with the X system.
