For our location in Biel/Bienne, we are looking for employees who will ensure long-term business relationships with existing customers in the German-speaking region. Responsibilities: You will take responsibility for an existing portfolio of business customers throughout Switzerland, offering your customers personal and competent first-level support in the areas of mobile communications and internet access. You will process incoming and outgoing inquiries (phone, email, letters) from fleet managers, account managers, and partners – always in compliance with our service level agreements and quality standards. You will respond to customer inquiries about our products and services and assist them with questions regarding invoices, contracts, and technical issues (e.g., SIP trunk, vPBX, SD-WAN). You will actively contribute to customer satisfaction and retention by being solution-oriented and professional.Requirements: You have at least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a B2B telecom environment, with knowledge of technical aspects (e.g., SIP trunk, vPBX, SD-WAN). You are a strong team player and proactively seek solutions that demonstrate your convincing and engaging nature. You work in a structured and methodical way and are able to react and re-prioritize tasks as needed. Computer skills: MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel). Good knowledge of CRM and billing systems (SAP), with a quick comprehension of specific tools. Social skills: Able to build trust, both in relationships with customers and your colleagues. You communicate fluently in German (oral and written) and can also communicate confidently in French. Additional language skills such as English or Italian are an advantage.
