This position is initially open for a replacement and could, depending on the evolution of the activity and the needs of the company, turn into a permanent position. Key Account Manager - 100% Switzerland Reporting to the Sales Director, you manage a portfolio of clients composed of property management companies, fiduciary companies, and insurance brokerage firms. You play a key role in business development and visibility of our products in the French-speaking part of Switzerland, with a particular focus on the Francophone region of Valais, Neuchâtel canton, and the North. Responsibilities: - Client development: Ensure regular visits to your portfolio of clients and prescribers (property management companies, brokers). Highlight our products and optimize their visibility in agencies (display placement, restocking). Guarantee excellent quality of service and respond to field needs. - Commercial management: Actively participate in commercial and marketing efforts by relaying feedback collected on the field to detect new opportunities and follow up with management. Produce weekly reports. Ensure rigorous, precise, and up-to-date management of data in the CRM, guaranteeing the quality of the tools and the efficiency of commercial actions. Optimize the entire suite of available tools. - Contribution to commercial life: Participate in commercial meetings and events organized by the company, and get involved in internal meetings combining the entire team. Profile: We are looking for a dynamic, autonomous, meticulous individual with excellent interpersonal skills, who has a successful first experience in B2B sales or in a network. Knowledge of the real estate sector is a significant advantage.
