For our client, a human-sized and family-oriented structure in Vaud, we are seeking their future Commercial Assistant and a recognized player in the energy and oil sector. This position aims to strengthen the existing teams. A true right-hand person to the Sales Manager, this role is central and extremely versatile, involving sales functions and regular presence at several sites. Responsibilities:- Management and monitoring of opportunities and revenue development of services, highlighting offers, tracking performance of salespeople, and proposing corrective actions.- Updating tracking tools, dashboards, and monitoring absences.- Cross-functional support to teams.- Management of badges and access.- General monitoring of sites and work interventions, regular travel to different client sites, partners, and internal teams.- Support for marketing actions and internal and external communication.- Welcoming and advising clients on-site, assisting teams to ensure quality customer experience.Requirements:- Vocational training as a commercial employee or equivalent.- Experience in a human-sized environment preferred.- Proven experience in a highly versatile role.- Strong customer service orientation and developed commercial acumen.- Excellent reliability and sense of responsibility.- Proficiency with common tools.- Holder of a driving license.- Availability in the canton of Vaud. jid727eefcaen jit0207aen jpiy26aen
