Management and monitoring of budgets and invoices. Processing the entry and exit process. Replacing the manager and assistant during absences. Correspondence and various tasks. Your profile: Knowledge of lease law and building technology. Experience in property management or as a junior manager, min. 3 years. Mastery of common office tools and the French language. Rigor and ease in contacts. Interest in work as well as in building technology. Driver's license/private vehicle. Start date: to be agreed upon.
