On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for

a Junior Level 1 Support Technician

Responsibilities:

• Provide user support (phone, email, ticketing tool)
• Diagnose and resolve common level 1 IT incidents (workstations, access, office tools, network...)
• Support users daily with pedagogy and a service-oriented approach
• Escalate complex incidents if necessary
• Participate in the installation and configuration of IT equipment (PCs, peripherals, printers)
• Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement of support

Profile sought:

• IT training: CFC, BTS SIO, DUT in IT or equivalent
• First experience appreciated (internship, work-study or personal project)

• Knowledge of the Windows environment

• Knowledge of office tools and desktop applications (email, telephony, videoconferencing)

• Basic networking

• Desire to learn, progress and commit long-term
• Good interpersonal skills, service-minded and team spirit
• Rigour, seriousness and adaptability

• Residence nearby (preferably within a 30-minute radius around Nyon)
