On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for
a Junior Level 1 Support Technician
Responsibilities:
- Provide user support (phone, email, ticketing tool)
- Diagnose and resolve common level 1 IT incidents (workstations, access, office tools, network...)
- Support users daily with pedagogy and a service-oriented approach
- Escalate complex incidents if necessary
- Participate in the installation and configuration of IT equipment (PCs, peripherals, printers)
- Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement of support
Profile sought:
- IT training: CFC, BTS SIO, DUT in IT or equivalent
- First experience appreciated (internship, work-study or personal project)
Knowledge of the Windows environment
Knowledge of office tools and desktop applications (email, telephony, videoconferencing)
Basic networking
- Desire to learn, progress and commit long-term
- Good interpersonal skills, service-minded and team spirit
- Rigour, seriousness and adaptability
Residence nearby (preferably within a 30-minute radius around Nyon)
