Junior Opportunity in IT Security - 6 months Our client, one of the global leaders in the luxury sector based in Geneva, is looking for a passionate Junior for their systems security service. About the role This role involves managing incidents, maintaining systems, and supporting the deployment of innovative solutions. You will work closely with various teams to ensure the smooth operation and security of our client's IT environment. This position is essential for the proper functioning and continuous evolution of our security systems. Real responsibilities: A 6-month mission (renewable) where you will have a direct impact on incident resolution and the deployment of solutions (SSO), handling technical requests (via ServiceNow) by identifying and resolving incidents or escalating them to the right teams, managing critical access (SSO) and the lifecycle of software while ensuring maintenance and monitoring of security software. Assist in the deployment of new solutions and create support materials to facilitate adoption by users, serving as a point of contact for the teams and effectively managing priorities. We are looking for: Degree in related fields, knowledge of Python and Bash scripting. Understanding of Windows and Unix/Linux environments. General knowledge of security technologies and experience in projects is appreciated. Excellent command of French is a plus if you have experience in support or another language.
