Our client is an international organisation.
## Job Description ##
* Provide administrative support across the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, changes, documentation).
* Manage and update HR databases, personnel files, and employee records.
* Assist with recruitment activities: posting job ads, screening CVs, scheduling interviews.
* Support the preparation of employment contracts, letters, and HR reports.
* Help coordinate internal trainings, events, and employee communications.
* Be a first point of contact for employee queries.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and tools.
## The Successful Applicant ##
* A recent graduate or candidate with up to 2 years of HR/administrative experience.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HRIS is a plus.
* Fluent in French and comfortable in English.
