Main activities: Overall responsibility for the spare parts warehouse and direct management of the local management team (about 50 people); Achievement of budgetary objectives in the areas of operational efficiency, as well as meeting budgetary targets for costs and quality of work and customer satisfaction (CSI); Personnel marketing for the site in collaboration with the HR department as well as IVECO among professionals and local sales teams; Follow-up with existing customers and acquisition of new customers in the aftermarket, as well as development of future services specific to the site; Rigorous implementation of corporate strategy, focusing on efficiency throughout the entire process chain; Support to commercial management through high-quality service; Responsible for all investments required and adherence to quality assurance procedures.
