Support technician mission Close to you, ensure quality support, on-site or nearby, with a strong sense of service and professionalism. You will handle incidents, requests, and environments in close connection with IT teams, respecting processes and responsibility commitments. Support (local / meetings / environments) Analyze and resolve incidents Implement workarounds and proactively raise risks Manage and track tickets Contribute to service quality and the professional image of IT support Your profile Confirmed experience in support mastering: Windows, iOS, macOS O365 and tools (Teams, Zoom, meeting room tools (Logi, Poly, MTR…) Management tool (Intune, Workspace ONE) Ticketing tools (ServiceNow) Very good service orientation and professional posture Team spirit, rigor, and priority management Resilience, sense of responsibility, and follow-up Fluent French and English (C1) Knowledge of ITIL We offer A permanent contract 5 weeks of vacation Fully covered training Assurance of working for a leading support company in French-speaking Switzerland Why CeRFI?
