On behalf of one of our clients based in Bussigny, we are looking for a Supply Chain Manager.As a supply chain manager, you will ensure the management of supply activities, stocks, as well as the traceability and reliability of data associated with IT resources and educational equipment in order to guarantee the consistency of processes and the quality of services.Main responsibilities:Ensure the supply and decommissioning of IT assets and educational equipment:- Process and ensure the follow-up of tickets, service requests, and tasks associated within your scope of responsibility according to the rules and procedures in force, by recording the information necessary for the proper conduct of processing.- Ensure the follow-up of orders and supplies until their receipt, availability, and closure.- Ensure the supply, management, and reliability of stocks of IT resources and equipment.- Participate in the decommissioning, recycling, and monitoring of the equipment life cycle in collaboration with the relevant teams.- Ensure the completeness, compliance, and physical or digital filing of documents related to logistics and equipment movements.- Contribute to the analysis and optimization of supply chain flows.Ensure the reliability of flows and associated data:- Ensure the reliability and consistency of data in IT and logistics systems.- Contribute to the creation, consistency, and maintenance of repositories related to IT resources.- Ensure the traceability of logistics movements and equipment.- Organize periodic inventories, analyze discrepancies, and produce the necessary reports within the framework of the internal IT system.- Ensure the follow-up and processing of discrepancies, anomalies, and stock corrections in accordance with the procedures in force.- Participate in the control and monitoring of logistics flows and associated costs.- Produce activity monitoring reports.- Contribute to the monitoring and application of compliance rules related to storage, handling, and transport of equipment and goods.Collaborate with teams to ensure consistency and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes:- Analyze flows and identify avenues for continuous improvement of processes and tools related to supply chain activities.- Contribute to the documentation and business continuity.- Participate in projects related to service activities.- Ensure compliance with standards and best practices in terms of responsible digital technology and sustainability.Participate in order, safety, and the protection of people and property:- Contribute to the implementation and application of procedures related to the security of premises and property as well as the protection of people.- Ensure compliance with rules and procedures in force in terms of safety and protection.- Participate in maintaining the condition of logistics spaces and equipment as well as waste management.- Ensure the monitoring of the availability and compliant use of IT equipment and goods made available within the framework of activities.- Monitor and contribute to the proper functioning as well as the maintenance of leased goods and services.Respond to any request from management:- Available to management for other tasks related to skills.Profile:- Training in the field of logistics, management, or equivalent (CFC, Bachelor's, or recognized equivalent).- Experience in stock management, supply, or logistics flows.- Ease in drafting documentation and procedures (BPMN, RACI).- Good command of office tools and logistics management systems (ITSM, ERP, logistics tools).- Ease with technical vocabulary and understanding of ITIL.- Driving license B.- R/S and C licenses are an asset.- Punctuality and sense of service and efficiency.- Adaptability and team spirit.Start date: ASAPAre you interested in this opportunity?
