IT Business Developer - Acquisition (M/F)Your roleAs part of our growth in the French-speaking region of Switzerland, we are looking for an IT Business Developer with a strong focus on acquiring new accounts. Your main mission will be to develop revenue by opening new accounts with SMEs, emphasizing our service offerings, with a focus on the sale of our Managed Services, service packages, and new assignments.1. Acquisition and commercial prospecting- Identify and target new B2B prospects in the French-speaking part of Switzerland- Implement innovative acquisition methods based on social selling and digital tools- Qualify business opportunities (needs, budget, decision-makers, timing)- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities2. Business development- Understand the business and IT challenges of prospects- Present and promote our IT service offerings- Develop commercial proposals in collaboration with internal teams- Negotiate and close new accounts- Ensure commercial reporting in the CRM (HaloPSA)- Contribute to the development of prospecting methods and toolsYour profile1. Education in commerce, marketing, or equivalent- Successful experience (2 to 5 years) in business development or B2B prospecting, ideally in IT services- Strong appetite for commercial hunting and opening new accounts- Good knowledge of the Swiss French-speaking market appreciated2. Skills- Strong interest in new technologies and IT services- Ease in digital prospecting- Excellent communication skills in French; professional English is appreciated3.
