Swiss Medical Network currently comprises 21 hospitals and clinics in Switzerland and 60 medical centers, across the three main linguistic regions.Job DescriptionYour ResponsibilitiesYou are responsible for ensuring the analysis of business requests and projects for the entire Swiss Medical Network group while guaranteeing high-performance and quality standards.Main TasksYou assess business processes, anticipate needs, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions in close collaboration with our clients. You formulate objectives, establish functional specifications, and employ design thinking methodology and rapid prototyping. You lead continuous reviews of business processes and effectively communicate ideas and plans to team members and stakeholders. You stay updated on the latest requirements engineering processes and requirement analysis, as well as advancements in systems and solutions. You ensure that solutions meet the needs and requirements of stakeholders. You conduct and/or support tests based on academic or equivalent experience. Requirements- Several years of experience in project management and business analysis.- Excellent analytical skills and experience in requirements gathering.- Experience with architectures in environments involving interoperable middleware components as well as market solutions.- Proven experience in managing projects in Agile mode (Scrum, SaFE, Kanban).- Dynamic and motivated by teamwork, with a strong can-do attitude and the ability to quickly acquire new knowledge.- Capable of working in a highly dynamic technical environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, including clear and precise oral and written communication.- Knowledge of Confluence, ServiceNow, DevOps, Scrum/Agile is a plus.- Bilingual in German and French with good knowledge of English; knowledge of Italian is an additional asset.We OfferA challenging and varied role within a dynamic and forward-looking company.
