The Project and Process Management Department (PPM) is a structure at the management level with the main missions: Ensure the steering and management of large projects, professionalize project management, manage project portfolios, develop and support the change towards an agile culture. The PPM is looking for two interns in project management to contribute to the missions of its two poles: One mission in support of the institution's large projects (new and evolution of associated infrastructures) with a strong component in project management and documentation, in direct and close relationship with senior project managers and in interaction with medical teams. The other mission in support of the institutional Project Management Office (PMO) with contributions to institutional projects aimed at project processes, contribution to the description and analysis of processes, with various services and professionals. You will work within a transversal and versatile team and participate in the daily management of projects. You are tasked with jointly organizing an institutional event dedicated to project management and the development of this internship will allow you to understand project management in the hospital sector, in its conceptual dimensions, and this within an expert team. You are at the end of your master's program and are pursuing a degree in engineering, management, or with a component in project management, adult education, or sustainable development. You must undertake an internship as part of your program and hold an internship agreement. You are a flexible, rigorous, organized person with a good sense of teamwork, and you know how to work autonomously while developing harmonious relationships with your interlocutors. You demonstrate a methodical approach and show an ability to listen, curiosity, and communication skills (oral and written). You enjoy structuring and have been able to apply this during an initial professional, student, or personal experience. You have an interest in subjects related to the hospital environment as well as project management. You possess strong writing skills and use additional tools.
