HR Assistant Internship: Recruitment and (M/F/D) Department: Human Resources: Internship (reserved for Degree of activity: 100%, or 40 hours/week) Start date: February Location: Geneva Duration: 6 months Joining the Geneva Institute means becoming part of a world-renowned institution, known for its academic excellence and multicultural environment. You will be involved in a variety of tasks and projects that will allow you to acquire diversified skills. You will touch on different aspects of HR, ranging from internal management to recruitment, and we are looking for a Bachelor-level intern (currently enrolled) to join our Human Resources team. HR ASSISTANT INTERNSHIP: RECRUITMENT AND (M/F/D) Main Responsibilities: - Recruitment and closure of internal job postings, OCE, job boards, recruitment agencies - Monitoring job postings with OCE and recruitment agencies - Scheduling appointments and following up on contacts with responses and sorting of applications - Individual follow-up with internal and external candidates - Contribution to benchmarking of organizations and monitoring of the database - Monitoring the HR budget and maintaining contacts with internal and external stakeholders following guidelines for internal communications (postings, newsletter, employer branding) - Management: Updating databases related to the management of the life cycle of documents related to recruitment processes, from engagement to onboarding - Handling requests and follow-up on various work permits HR Projects: - Contribution to various HR service projects and use of the software Monday Desired Profile: - Currently enrolled in a Bachelor program in management or a related field - Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Excellent oral and written understanding of English and French (minimum C1) - Ability to use and analyze databases - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Aptitude for providing quality service to employees by addressing their needs in a professional and effective manner - Curiosity and desire to learn a new profession What we can offer you: - Ability to write clear and concise internal/external communications, reports, and announcements - Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously - Effectiveness in monitoring files and managing priorities - Ability to identify and solve problems proactively - Adherence to confidentiality standards regarding sensitive employee information - Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments - Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and varied work environment - Ability to make decisions and propose improvements to processes, attention to detail in file management, document writing, and task execution The Geneva Institute also offers: - A large community with employees, alumni, and students from diverse backgrounds - A pioneer in global dimension issues - A flexible and open working environment in the heart of Geneva How to apply?
