Cross-selling and upselling are familiar to you, and you enjoy selling.- You advise our members in a friendly and competent manner via email and telephone (no evening or weekend work; teleworking is possible).- You are responsible for managing insurance policies (drafting and sending offers, entry into the analysis system).- You participate in team meetings and contribute your ideas actively.What you bring:- You have an AFA certification or several years of experience in the insurance field, with the willingness to obtain the AFA certification financed by us.- You speak French and German very well or are willing to learn the other language.- You are proactive and distinguish yourself by a high sense of service and customer orientation.- You have good knowledge of common office tools and are open to learning new systems.- You identify with our goals.Your future workplace, within a small, well-established team, is located right next to the Bern train station.
