We are pleased to inform you of the following job offer for our Bern-Bümpliz or Mont-sur-Lausanne Service: Fraud Prevention Specialist / LFA (m/f)Your challenges:- Conduct targeted or periodic audits aimed at identifying internal and external fraud cases- Analyze and handle suspected cases of abuse or fraud- Work with our internal services and external partners- Demand reimbursements, negotiate agreements, and take necessary measures in cases of fraud- Contribute to the implementation of fraud prevention measures- Write reports, agreements, and complex correspondenceYour skills and talents:- You have completed commercial or paramedical education, or an equivalent- You have several years of experience in the health insurance field. Knowledge in LFA is a plus- You possess strong data analysis skills and are proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel. Experience with Syrius is a plus- You work in a structured, precise, and autonomous manner to efficiently handle your tasks in order to optimize quality and efficiency- You are comfortable in communication and adopt a solution-oriented approach- You enjoy teamwork and have excellent communication skills- You are fluent in French and have a good level of German.
