We are deploying large-scale language models and building intelligent agents for our products (kMeet, kDrive). We are seeking an AI Engineer to design, implement, and optimize our AI agents, with a focus on quality, reliability, and user experience.Responsibilities:- Designing and developing AI agents with LangChain, Pydantic-AI, and LLMs.- Creating product-specific solutions (e.g., summary assistants, prompt chains, and agent pipelines).- Collaborating with backend and DevOps teams to deploy and monitor agents in production.- Analyzing agent performance (metrics, technical feedback, and sharing best practices).Profile that excites us:- Experience with LangChain and/or Pydantic-AI (agents, chains, tools, memory, RAG).- Experience with LLMs (e.g., Llama 3, Mistral, Qwen) and serving frameworks (vLLM, TGI).- Knowledge of FastAPI or equivalent for exposing agents with a focus on response quality, security, and performance.- Familiarity with Langfuse.- Technical curiosity, a taste for innovative challenges, and the ability to rigorously benchmark to select the best model.- Ability to work in critical environments (high SLA, high availability).If you have knowledge in:- Experience with Docker / Kubernetes, GitLab CI, Prometheus / Grafana is appreciated.- Contributions to open-source projects or side projects are valued.- You enjoy teamwork and demonstrate a positive attitude.- Your humor, flexibility, and team spirit are essential for working in a fun environment.The technical stack we use:- LangChain- Pydantic-AI- vLLM- FastAPI- GitLab- Sentry- QdrantPosition: PermanentRate: 80-100% Location: GenevaAvailability: As soon as possible Recruitment process steps:- A first technical interview to validate your skills.- A second interview at our offices. jid37a60dfaen jit0206aen jpiy26aen
