As an Infrastructure Maintenance Technician, you play a key role in supervising and carrying out maintenance activities of the equipment and buildings at the Micarna site, a leading meat producer and member of Migros-Industrie. You help ensure the availability, reliability, and safety of the infrastructures. You carry out preventive and corrective maintenance and create and update maintenance plans. You identify the root causes of malfunctions and implement corrective measures, supervise work orders, and collaborate with colleagues in the maintenance sectors. You manage the stock of spare parts and ensure the receipt and inspection of ordered goods. You conduct periodic checks of safety elements and measuring devices. You collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure the quality of your contributions.Education: Completed vocational training (CFC). You hold a CFC as a polymechanic, electrician installer, automotive/heavy vehicle/agriculture mechanic, metal constructor, or an equivalent qualification.Professional experience: 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, particularly in the field of infrastructure. Knowledge of the agri-food sector is a plus, solid knowledge in electricity, mechanics, locksmithing, and experience in technical building management. You have a sense of rigor, autonomy, and proactivity. Proficiency in office tools (Office Suite, good knowledge of an ERP) is required. Good physical condition and flexibility to work some weekends (~2 Saturdays/month, possibly Sunday).
