ContextOn behalf of a major player in the financial sector, we are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Expert to operate in a critical, regulated environment, as part of a program concerning legal record keeping, with high requirements for Swiss regulatory compliance and data protection.ResponsibilitiesDeploy and operate Record Keeping solutions across all identified channels. Ensure the availability, integrity, and compliance of solutions in a regulated environment. Define product vision, scope, and roadmap for archiving solutions. Manage projects arising from the roadmap while tracking deliverables. Coordinate local internal teams as well as existing partners and monitor the controls of records and performance indicators. Analyze incidents, identify areas for improvement, and ensure follow-up on actions. Present the reports and KPIs to the governing bodies. Manage the life cycle of solutions: calls for tenders, development, deployment, and support.Required ExperienceConfirmed experience in IT infrastructure/production, ideally in a regulated environment. Expertise in legal archiving and Record Keeping solutions and understanding of regulatory compliance and data protection issues. Ability to define a product vision and manage complex cross-functional projects. Excellent skills in communication and interpersonal relations, including with non-technical stakeholders. Analytical thinking, rigor, and a sense of responsibility. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Technical SkillsExperience with legal archiving environments and data controls, reporting, and KPI monitoring. Standard production environment. Professional English (oral and written).ExperienceMinimum of 10 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure or experience with tools and software development is highly appreciated.
