Today, we are looking for the rare gem to join the IT team! Infrastructure and Support Technician - 100%Your mission, should you choose to accept it: - Provide level 1 and 2 support to the otters - Equip and create IT access for new otters - Follow and apply the security policy and evolve IT infrastructures (network, telephony, IOT, etc.) - Ensure infrastructure supervision and maintain equipment condition OnSite - Manage and maintain the park (workstations, tools, inventories, and services) - Participate in upcoming IT projects - Take part in the evolution of the IT circle (processes and tools) - Collaborate with different IT teams and suppliers Let’s talk about you and your skills Your experience - You have obtained a CFC and have a minimum of 3 years of experience, ideally in a similar role - You expertly apply security principles - You are accustomed to managing the lifecycle of a park (inventory, roll-out, Windows and Mac, as well as Google tools are not a mystery to you - You know ITIL principles like the back of your hand and are comfortable dealing with identities - You are capable of working in English (at a minimum), German is a serious plus Your skills - Your qualities - You are rigorous, methodical, organized, and autonomous - You know how to manage your priorities and juggle between different topics - You have a bulletproof mindset - You are comfortable with people - You enjoy working in a team - You can demonstrate and dare to be proactive The plus If you have experience in infrastructure management, notably in the cloud (AWS) and specifically with Infrastructure-as-Code, then you may be our rare gem!
