You are responsible for the district of Jura (m/f/d). You are responsible for the processes and the technical management of new products. You supervise a Methods team and work closely with production, development, and quality. Responsible for the district of Jura (m/f/d). As part of strengthening its Methods department, it wishes to recruit a responsible person capable of structuring, optimizing, and supporting the technical growth of the company.Missions You will be in charge of managing the Methods department and will be responsible for the following tasks: Leadership & Supervision Supervise, train, and unify the team in a working environment focused on Development. Pilot new products and current operations. Validate technical choices, industrial feasibility, and processes. Supervise trials, tests, prototypes, and Processes. Define, optimize, and document ranges, times, instructions and maintain technical documents, adjustment sheets, and support for projects and drive continuous improvement projects (Lean, 5S, problem-solving). Technical Design Design tools, molds, and equipment in 3D via SolidWorks. Participate in studies, and product/process. Industrial Management Perform cost estimates, hourly rates, and profitability analyses. Contribute to yields and internal performance. Work transversally with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Development teams. Ensure technical monitoring and propose new solutions. The ideal candidate should meet the following profile: Engineering degree HES/EPF or Technician ES in mechanics, micromechanics or industrial engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in an industrial environment. Mastery of CAD software (SolidWorks is a plus). Functional knowledge of industrial processes (injection, machining, etc.). Experience with an industrial ERP. Solid skills in project and continuous management. Leadership skills, analytical sense, autonomy, and the ability to support change.
