EngineerOur client is currently building its first industrial site in Switzerland, in Monthey, with the ambition of creating a benchmark industrial and technological center within a group supported by an investment fund. The company is developing an innovative physico-chemical technology, currently validated at the pilot scale. The project is now entering a key phase with significant challenges related to product performance, industrial process scaling, and the implementation of future production facilities. In this context, we are recruiting an Engineer.Your responsibilities- Participate in the development and continuous improvement of product performance- Define, coordinate, and monitor technical test plans- Analyze test data and propose product and process actions- Define technical requirements and draft specifications for future equipment and facilities- Manage design offices, suppliers, and external technical partners- Supervise the installation and commissioning of industrial equipment- Participate in the qualification and validation of equipment- Structure production processes and contribute to their optimization- Draft procedures, ranges, and operating instructions- Participate in the ramp-up of production and continuous improvement of processes- Ensure the monitoring of technical projects in terms of quality, costs, and deadlinesRequired profile- Higher education in mechanics, industrial engineering, microtechnology, or equivalent- Confirmed experience in product development or industrial project management- Experience in the commissioning of industrial equipment or the management of technical projects- Good knowledge of mechanics, industrial processes, or fluidics- Proficiency in reading plans, technical diagrams, and ideally P&ID- Ability to structure test plans and analyze technical data- Experience in managing suppliers, design offices, or technical partners- Comfortable in a construction environment requiring autonomy, adaptability, and problem-solving skills- Good communication skills and ability to unite different stakeholders around a technical project- Fluent French; professional English requiredContext & environment- Key position in an industrial project under major construction- Dynamic environment with numerous technical subjects in parallel- Regular interaction with internal teams and external partners- Industrial start-up culture: autonomy, agility, and entrepreneurial spiritWhy join this project?- Participate in the construction of an industrial site from its initial phases- Work on high-impact technical projects- Work on an innovative and differentiating technology- Evolve in an entrepreneurial environment with real prospects for development in the medium term jid390b99caen jit0626aen jpiy26aen
