FTI, for industrial land in Geneva, manages all industrial perimeters of the canton. As a public law entity, it ensures the support of companies in the industrial zones of the canton. Within the framework of the canton's economic development, it matches the supply of surfaces with the demand of eligible companies in industrial zones, while developing the necessary infrastructure for the needs of companies in terms of mobility and waste management. This action also aims to develop industrial zones sustainably, in particular by:- Creating synergies between public actors, real estate developers, and companies, by being at the heart of the coordination of industrial activities in Geneva.- Ensuring the provision of surfaces to industrial and artisanal companies at competitive prices, in compliance with current legislation and by guaranteeing a good diversity of the economic fabric.- Managing the development of industrial zones with the aim of reconciling economic activity with its environment, by proposing a quality living environment.In this context, it owns or manages land and buildings for others with an industrial vocation. To strengthen the management division team and the property management department, we are looking for a new position:Specialist in industrial property managementYour mission:- Ensure the marketing and monitoring of vacant surfaces (land and building stock), by implementing defined strategies and participating, in collaboration with the department head, in the definition of the strategy.- Organize and carry out visits to vacant properties, ensuring proactive and targeted communication with prospects.- Ensure the follow-up of prospects, from the first contact to the conclusion, including the analysis of needs, visits, follow-up of exchanges, reminders, and support for applicants.- Apply the pre-selection methodology for files, by analyzing applications with regard to internally defined criteria (urgency, compliance with uses, solidity of projects).- Prepare and present files for validation to the management commission, guaranteeing the quality, consistency, and completeness of the files.- Participate, in connection with managers, in the negotiation of contractual conditions until the conclusion of the files.- Ensure the monitoring of external partners (brokers, partners), including the steering of actions and the control of the quality of the procedures.- Ensure the updating and reliability of data related to marketing in internal tools.- Produce and keep up to date monitoring tables (vacancy, temporary projects) and ensure regular reporting.- Contribute to the management of industrial zones by supporting managers, particularly in monitoring requests for authorizations, supporting relocations, and managing transitions.- Ensure the follow-up of requests for services to the zone, temporary uses (cultural and sporting), as well as event requests, guaranteeing their compliance with defined policies.- Organize, launch, and monitor calls for projects for temporary uses, including the definition of the framework, dissemination, analysis of applications, and monitoring of selected projects.- Ensure market monitoring and contribute to the adjustment of marketing strategies and the continuous improvement of management tools and processes.- Assume a central role of coordination and interface, involving regular interactions with internal teams, property management agencies, prospects, and partners.Your profile:- 5 years of experience in a similar position, and experience in commercial real estate, a serious asset.- Excellent writing skills and ease with data management systems and their reporting.- Mastery of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Autonomy, analytical capacity, and strength of proposal.- Taste for teamwork, priority management, and possessing a character oriented towards listening and customer satisfaction.We offer:- An exciting activity combining expertise and versatility, allowing you to work for the community.- A dynamic and pleasant multidisciplinary atmosphere and working environment.- Competitive social benefits.- Possibilities for continuous training. jid0fc2faaaen jit0727aen jpiy26aen
