The reception for the Children of Blonay - Saint-Légier manages 10 structures and employs over 170 people, operating as REBSL (network of daycare according to LAJE) within which over 900 children are welcomed. Our organization is looking for a: Inclusion Coordinator at 40%. As an inclusion coordinator, you actively participate in the establishment and development of an inclusive system adapted to the needs of children within preschool, extracurricular, and family care structures. You will be entrusted with the following missions: Coordinate and promote an inclusion policy within our structures; establish an inclusive system adapted to the needs of children; promote an inclusive institutional culture through professional development; support the management of structures, teams, and family environments on inclusion issues and in the care of children with special needs; assist professionals in presenting the inclusion network to stakeholders and participate in cantonal discussions; contribute to reflections and various projects around inclusion. In terms of profile: A Bachelor's degree in social work or an equivalent diploma, with at least five years of experience in the specialized field. Knowledge of the Vaud daycare system is a plus, as well as proven professional experience with children with special needs. Expertise and knowledge of disorders in children for the development of adapted pedagogical projects and skills in inclusive care are required. Good listening skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work in a team and independently are essential, along with excellent writing skills and proficiency in MS Office.
