Project Manager HVACAxepta SA is recruiting on behalf of one of its clients in the canton of Fribourg for an HVAC project manager (m/f). (Permanent contract) The position is part of a development strategy and is aimed at a profile with solid technical foundations in HVAC, wishing to manage projects autonomously and on a larger scale.HVAC Project ManagerYour responsibilities:- Lead the technical HVAC design in collaboration with internal designers and partners.- Actively participate in projects through all phases SIA: studies, design, and monitoring.- Perform or validate thermal and energy sizing calculations according to current Swiss standards.- Contribute to technical documentation and procedures with global project monitoring and stakeholders.- Ensure technical and energy coherence of proposed solutions.- Write technical documents, reports, and project notes.Basic profile:- Background in building technology HVAC (vocational diploma or higher preferred (university of applied sciences or equivalent) in building technology, energy, or related field).- Confirmed or developing experience in HVAC project management.- Good proficiency with technical drawing tools (Revit MEP and/or AutoCAD).- Comfortable with thermal and energy calculations (specialized software appreciated).- Knowledge of regulatory procedures in Switzerland.- Good command of common office tools.- Understanding of Swiss project standards and phases. jid81684c8aen jit0206aen jpiy26aen
