We are looking for the following profile for one of our clients:Project Manager HVAC Engineer (M/F) - PERMANENT POSITIONYour mission:As part of the development of one of our partners, an engineering office recognized in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for an HVAC Project Manager Engineer to strengthen a dynamic and committed team on varied technical projects. As an HVAC Project Manager, you will take charge of the complete management of projects, from design to commissioning, including study phases, calls for tenders, and intervention among others:Project Management- Management of HVAC projects throughout all SIA phases (3 to 5)- Definition of technical concepts and studies (sizing, principle diagrams, variants)- Preparation of specifications, costs, and tender dossiers- Coordination with various stakeholders (architects, HVAC engineers, companies)Technical and Financial Oversight of Projects- Control of compliance with standards and tests- Management of costs and adherence to deadlines- Document management according to quality standardsOverall Management and Supervision of Projects (technical, financial, scheduling)- Supervision of internal and external teams- Monitoring of subcontractors and partners- Active involvement in business development and acquiring new projectsYour profile:- Engineering degree (EPF / HES) or equivalent in the HVAC field- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HVAC engineering office in Switzerland- Excellent mastery of Swiss standards and HVAC techniques- Confirmed experience in project management and multidisciplinary environments- Ability to work autonomously- Good sense of responsibility and team spirit- CECB certification- Knowledge in building technology / MCR- Proficiency in German and/or EnglishWhat the company can offer you:- A dynamic work environment- Varied and challenging technical projects- A recognized structure offering autonomy and responsibilities- Conditions of employment to be discussed- Immediate start or to be agreed uponWho are we?ValJob Permanent is your expert partner in recruitment and placement of permanent personnel.
