Human Resources Manager (80%) Pro Helvetia is Switzerland's organization for culture. We are looking for an experienced executive personality to take on the position of Human Resources Manager (80%) starting from April 1st or a mutually agreed date. Your tasks: You lead the Human Resources, Facility Management, and Reception division, reporting directly to the director. On one hand, you are responsible for the development and maintenance of fundamental documents regarding human resources and personnel policy. With three HR professionals, you ensure, in the official languages and in English, a human resources service that is both professional and service-oriented. Together with management and the steering committee, you advance the management culture of the organization and are accountable for budgetary aspects relating to personnel and human resources. Your involvement in projects specifically concerning HR adds to the variety and responsibilities of your role. Profile: For this diverse position, we are looking for a committed individual who possesses all or parts of the following qualifications: You are an experienced leader with personnel management experience. You benefit from knowing how to operate within a structure and/or an organization. You are not afraid to tackle complex tasks, have strong analytical skills, and the ability to think conceptually while also mastering implementation. You communicate effectively and understand the service aspect. You have an awareness of tasks arising in an intercultural field and express yourself impeccably in at least two official languages and in English.
