We are looking for an HR Assistant for 4 to 6 months. In this role, you will provide essential support to the HR function, ensuring smooth daily operations and high-quality support across HR activities. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.Our client is an organization seeking support to the HR team.- Data entry and file management- Draft, proofread, and edit documents, correspondence, and reports in English to a high standard- Take accurate and structured notes during meetings and ensure proper follow-up of action points- Support the organization and coordination of HR processes (meetings, interviews, onboarding activities)- Maintain and update HR files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of data- Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports using Microsoft Office tools- Respond to internal queries in a professional, timely, and service-oriented manner- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and maintain strict deadlinesProfile- Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role, ideally within an international or multicultural environment- Excellent written and spoken English, with strong drafting skills- Strong note-taking ability with attention to detail and clarity- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- High level of discretion and professionalism- Service-oriented mindset with a proactive and flexible approachConditions and Benefits- Fixed-term contract (4 to 6 months)- Full-time- Immediate or short-term availability jid1a6f830aen jit0626aen jpiy26aen
