Founded in Lausanne, the Asile des aveugles includes the Jules-Gonin Ophthalmic Hospital, university service of ophthalmology, a research center, the Educational Center for Visually Impaired Students (CPHV), social service, and low vision support. The medical-social establishment of 650 mobilizes every day to serve visual health by providing diagnosis, treatment, and support to individuals. In the context of replacing an internal promotion, we are looking for an HR Assistant. Your mission: As an essential support to the HR advisors, you will ensure the complete management and monitoring of the life cycle of the personnel within the CPHV scope and Direction: departures, permits, various correspondences, supervision of time and absence management. You will be the primary contact for questions related to salaries, HR, and regulatory provisions for the staff. You will ensure the processing and entry of necessary data for payroll (personal data, arrivals, departures, allowances, APG, LPP, AF, and various variables) and establish links with social insurance (accident, illness, APG, AVS, LPP, etc.). You will participate in internal events (welcoming new jubilarians, retirees, etc.). You will support your colleagues in various tasks of the unit and ensure a quality transmission of information. You will actively and proactively participate in HR processes and projects of the HR Department. Your profile: HR assistant and at least 5 years of experience in the role. Experience in payroll management and HR, in the hospital, education, or social sector. Ability to build relationships and establish trust, flexibility, and client-oriented talent are essential prerequisites. Good knowledge of Swiss labor law and CCTs, particularly the CCT Social Vaud. Proficiency in usual tools as well as knowledge of Opale, Polypoint (PEP), and an HRIS are advantageous.
