HR SpecialistYour key responsibilities:Provide expertise and support to preschool structure managers on all human resources-related issuesInform and advise on HR mattersContribute to the recruitment process in your sectorManage the lifecycle of employees from their arrival to their departure, in collaboration with structure managersEnsure the management of work personnel, various correspondence, the functioning of the time management software, and support structure managersLead projects related to personnel, processes, management, and/or the development of prevention policies and quality of life in close collaboration with HR on transversal projectsMonitor and analyze HR data in your sector to assist with decision-makingActively contribute to a supportive team culture and requirements:Federal diploma in HR specialist or equivalent qualificationMinimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with solid expertise in HRVery good knowledge of labor law and HR / payrollProficiency in digital/HR tools (Office, HRIS, payroll software Abacus: an advantage)Strong writing skillsSharp sense of project managementExcellent communication and listening skillsLeadership spirit and adaptabilityStart date: from April 1st or as agreed jid83a7affaen jit0208aen jpiy26aen
