Full processing of salaries (fixed and variable personnel) and monthly controls including accident benefits, APG, annual statements: processing of AVS, LPP, LAA statements and follow-up, as well as the management and driving of projects aimed at optimizing payroll management. Monitoring absences, illnesses, accidents, and leave. Responding to inquiries concerning payroll and social insurance. Ensuring the update of personnel files and data in the ERP. Preparing data for internal audits. Requirements: Business diploma or equivalent. At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role. Excellent knowledge of Swiss social insurances. Very good command of tools (ERP, office software, messaging). Knowledge of the SwissSalary software is an asset. Strong writing skills in French. Proficiency in German is a plus. Ability to respect deadlines. Rigor, precision, and reliability. Absolute discretion and respect for confidentiality. Analytical mindset and continuous process improvement.
