We are looking for a: HR Manager - Salaries & Social Insurance (100%) Your Mission As HR Manager - Salaries & Social Insurance, you will play a key role in the smooth functioning of the HR department and ensure, in particular: Salaries & HR Establishment, control, and payment of salaries (monthly, variable, allowances, personnel expenses, and payroll) Monthly and annual closing of salaries in collaboration with accounting Comprehensive management of files related to social insurances (AVS/AI/APG, LAA, IJM, LPP, family, retirement, compliance with current labor and legal requirements) HR Monitoring & Reporting Monitoring of absences (sickness, accident, military service, vacation) and case tracking (documents, exchanges with partners) Analysis and updating of HR data (absenteeism, payroll, HR) You will also provide support throughout the employee life cycle (onboarding, offboarding) and participate occasionally in recruitment interviews.
