La Saphir, multi-mission HR (M/F/D) in permanent contract at 70% - Management Center La Saphir, multi-mission adult), is active in the medico-social field in the canton of Vaud and in the reception and support of vulnerable individuals in their physical and mental integrity during their process of completion of the human resources service, we are looking for our future: HR Manager (M/F/D) in permanent contract at 70% - Management Center In your role, you will ensure a specialized HR activity covering all processes related to the life cycle of professionals. You will ensure a rigorous, structured, and continuous follow-up of HR files, guaranteeing the reliability of data, compliance with institutional requirements, and meeting deadlines. In close cooperation with the different services of the organization, you will act as a reference for HR. In this capacity, you contribute to the organization of HR activities, ensure the coherence of processes, and facilitate communication between stakeholders. Your availability, service orientation, and warm approach make you a recognized interlocutor. With your overall vision and your ability, you play a key role in the establishment, maintenance, and functioning of efficient HR, supported by effective, integrated, and evolving tools. You adapt easily to constantly evolving HR systems and actively contribute to the improvement of processes. You also ensure the collection, follow-up, and relevant HR analysis, allowing for reliable management and a transversal view of HR activities. You also provide targeted support to the management office related to the needs. PROFILE – YOUR QUALITIES AND SKILLS You hold a diploma as a personnel management assistant or an equivalent qualification. You have confirmed experience in HR and/or HR systems, allowing you to operate in dynamic environments and manage diverse tasks simultaneously. You have excellent proficiency with common tools and show a strong interest in HR activities. Recognized for your ability to make decisions and position yourself as a reference, you know how to structure, prioritize, and ensure the reliability of HR activities. Your rigor, autonomy, and sense of responsibility allow you to provide a framework, ensure continuity of processes, and actively contribute to institutional activities in collaboration with the parties.
