As an HR Manager, you define and drive HR while ensuring daily management. You support management and managers, lead structuring HR projects, and supervise the entire life cycle in a dynamic SME environment. With around 100 employees, it stands out for its company culture focused on proximity, responsibility, and sustainability.MissionsAs an HR Manager, you occupy a central function within the company by combining vision and HR management, and you define, develop, and evolve HR in line with the company's global strategy. As a member of the management team, you actively participate in meetings and contribute to key decisions. You lead and implement various structuring HR projects.Advice & SupportYou advise and support management as well as managers on all aspects of HR. You assist team leaders in managing their teams and handle sensitive or complex HR issues professionally. Together with the HR function, you ensure daily management of human resources for the various entities of the group. You structure, formalize, and optimize HR processes and procedures. You guarantee compliance with Swiss labor law, social security, and applicable collective agreements. You supervise the annual HR closure, the payroll process, and ensure follow-up on developments.Talent Development & ManagementYou coordinate annual reviews, objective setting, and performance follow-up. You manage recruitment end-to-end and actively participate in interviews. You contribute to skill development and internal follow-up.You guide and support the team leaders. You ensure smooth communication with all internal services and promote a good relationship with partners.PreventionYou ensure the proper functioning and ongoing improvement of HR tools and systems (ERP, HR system, office tools) and contribute to their enhancement. You are the HR contact person for external partners (social insurers, authorities, placement agencies, consultants). You also contribute to health and safety at work prevention in collaboration with the responsible individuals.ProfileYou hold a higher qualification in human resources (federal certificate, diploma) and have confirmed experience in a generalist HR function with responsibilities. You have already led a small team and evolved as a member of a management team or partner. You possess an excellent mastery of Swiss labor law, social security, and collective agreements. You are capable of addressing both strategic issues while balancing a global vision and concrete execution.Autonomous, structured, and solution-oriented, you can adapt to an SME environment. You demonstrate discretion, reliability, and excellent interpersonal skills. You are comfortable with HR tools and systems. Experience in a technical or project-oriented environment is an asset.
