For one of our clients based in Geneva, we are looking for an: HRBP for a fixed-term contract of 12 months starting in January, with a workload of between 80% and 100%. HRBP M/F DESCRIPTION OF THE MISSION: HR partnering / Support providing HR advice close to the management line. Challenge managers, provide a critical perspective to support decision-making, conduct listening interviews, and assist in individual sessions. Manage or support certain recruitment processes, HR daily activities: performance, development, conflicts, absences, etc. HR project management SIRH Support the deployment and adoption phase. Participate in change management support. Contribute to the collection, analysis, and management of data related to salary policies and support. Contribute to the establishment of a salary benchmark for performance processes. Confirmed brand experience as an HR Partner or HRBP in Switzerland - with at least 5 years of experience. Experience in HR consulting, managing managers, and partnering is desired, particularly in SIRH. Good understanding of salary models and/or benchmarks.
