We are actively looking, for one of our clients based in Lausanne, for a HR Assistant (80-100%) M/F. Within a team of 3 people, you will be involved in the entire life cycle of HR management: - Management of time and absenteeism- Monitoring of illness and accident cases- Complete management of (entries, exits, HR files)- Establishment of work certificates and contracts- Physical and digital archiving of documents- Salary & insurance management, salary statements and accounting entries- Processing of withholding tax (monthly, quarterly, annually)- Management of family allowances, APG, LPP, AI, AVS- Monitoring of files and support to teams in recruitment (job postings, pre-selection, interviews)- Interface with recruitment partners- Management of residence permits (applications and renewals)- Expense support, management of badges, locker keys, parking spaces, etc.PROFILE: Commercial profile, diploma as HR assistant or equivalent title. Several years of experience in a similar HR role. Excellent command of French, good knowledge of German: a solid understanding of Swiss labor law. Proficient in tools and ProConcept: comfortable with tools (Word, Excel). Comfortable in an industrial environment, reactive and organized. Able to manage multitasking and solution-oriented.
