We are looking for one of our clients based in the Payerne region, an HR Assistant at 80%-100% for a temporary assignment of approximately 3-4 months. HR ASSISTANT 80%-100%MISSION DESCRIPTIONYou will support the existing team with various HR tasks, such as:- Management of the employee lifecycle (entry and exit formalities, social security announcements)- Preparation of work contracts and other employer documents- Monitoring, tracking of hours as well as processing of absences due to illness, accidents, interviews, and managing updates of employee filesRequirements:- A CFC in commerce and/or management of HR- A first experience in a similar position in an SME-type environment- Rigor and autonomy- Available immediately for a temporary assignment jid3295bc2aen jit0206aen jpiy26aen
