For one of our clients in the Lausanne region, we are urgently looking for a Human Resources Advisor 60%-80%.Responsibilities:- Manage the employee lifecycle- Manage and draft contractual documents and other HR documents- Ensure arrangements for issuing warnings, participate in layoffs, handle complex cases- Provide support in recruitment and general HR advice (on an ad-hoc basis)Profile:- Holder of a vocational diploma as a commercial employee or equivalent title and the federal certificate of HR specialist- At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position- Perfect command of French, both oral and written; knowledge of English would be a plus- Good writing skills, autonomy, and proactivity- Interest in the field and a good ability to manage temporary replacements via our contact agencyAbout us:Adecco is the market leader in personnel solutions in Switzerland and worldwide.
