We are looking for talents who share our values of commitment, cohesion, respect, and self-transcendence, in order to strengthen our team.Receptionist in hospitality, rotating day/night at 100%Your main missions:- Ensure a warm and professional welcome, in accordance with the establishment's standards, day and night, with high availability to work night shifts.- Rigorously supervise check-in, check-out, and payment processes to ensure a fluid, secure, and personalized guest experience.- Manage reservations as well as telephone and email correspondence, ensuring precision and compliance with internal procedures.- Anticipate and manage specific guest needs, maintaining proactive communication with the various hotel departments.- Escort guests to rooms if necessary, guaranteeing their comfort and complete satisfaction.- Provide precise and relevant information on tourist, cultural, and event activities in the canton of Neuchâtel to enrich the guests' stay.- Process and transmit guest feedback to the relevant departments, in a continuous approach to service quality improvement.- Organize and coordinate night-time specific requests (wake-up calls, breakfast, room service, taxi, etc.) to ensure guest satisfaction.- Update reservation schedules and guarantee the proper coordination of services.- Assume responsibility for the safety of people and property during the night, strictly applying internal procedures and guidelines.- Finalize daily operations: daily closing of the PMS (revenue, cash fund management), ensuring the reliability and transparency of data.- Maintain a level of excellence in service quality under all circumstances, actively contributing to the loyalty and satisfaction of the clientele.Profile sought:- Diploma in the hotel sector or confirmed experience in reception, ideally in a 4 or 5-star establishment.- Excellent presentation and impeccable sense of customer service.- Bilingual French/English.
