Your missions: Be responsible for the proper functioning of all hospitality services (laundry, housekeeping, cafeteria) at the site. Work towards and support the development of hospitality quality within the department. Participate in and monitor the service budget with your management. Manage orders, inventories, and supply of products and supervise, animate, train, and evaluate the team under your supervision. Coordinate your service's activities in collaboration with other services while respecting hygiene, safety, and infection prevention standards. Desired profile: Degree from a hospitality school or equivalent qualification. Confirmed experience in the hospitality or housekeeping field, ideally in EMSS. Strong skills and sense of priorities. Ability to work in interprofessional environments, in a multicultural setting. Capacity to develop and coordinate hospitality projects. Developed skills: active listening, service orientation.
