For one of our clients, for a permanent position (CDI) located in Geneva, we are looking for: High Jewelry Manager.Mission:Ensure the proper functioning and supervision of a jewelry and high jewelry production team (Jewelers, setters, polishers).High Jewelry ManagerMISSION DESCRIPTIONEnsure the supervision of the team (approximately 25) to develop their skills, inspire commitment, and instill confidence. Adopt a positive attitude and demonstrate exemplary behavior. Validate the assembly principles and the arrangement of work based on the skills and availability of the team, and ensure the delivery of unique pieces. Assist in the flow and management of stock of precious items according to the logistics needs of the unique high jewelry piece development meetings.PROFILEExperience in jewelry and gemology or equivalent. Perfect knowledge of the jewelry and high jewelry business. At least 10 years of experience, including management and change management support. Precise, focused, inventive, punctual, and proactive.
