Your mission: Ensure basic and continuing education in the fields of economics and energy. Actively participate in applied research and development activities (R&D) of the Institute for Energy and Environment, lead and carry out research projects related to energy and economics, particularly those involving industrial or institutional partners. Participate in the dissemination of research results (conferences). Contribute to the interdisciplinary training of students in economics and engineering. Your profile: PhD or equivalent, significant research experience. Strong research experience as well as excellent knowledge of the Swiss academic stakeholders in the field of energy economics. Excellent understanding of the functioning and regulation of energy markets as well as knowledge of the economic actors in the energy sector in Switzerland. Ability to teach to diverse audiences (Bachelor, Master, continuing education). Independence and a sense of achievement in the acquisition and management of research projects, including writing funding proposals and managing collaborations with external partners. Native French or German, with very good knowledge of the second language and English.
