In order to strengthen our teams within the role of Caregiver in the field of disabilities (M/F) In order to reinforce our teams within various Geneva establishments, we are looking for Caregivers in the field of disabilities (M/F). Caregiver in the field of disabilities (M/F) MISSION DESCRIPTION You will join our specialized team in the field of disabilities for occasional and/or scheduled missions. The proposed missions may be in split hours, continuous, or 4 hours. You will provide nursing care and support to an adult with multiple disabilities within specialized institutions (intellectual disability, autism, disorders and/or brain injuries). Activity rate ranging between 50% and you must have at least one year of successful experience as a caregiver in the field of multiple disabilities. The care and well-being of the person are at the heart of your concerns. You are calm, have the ability to deal with difficult situations and/or challenges. You enjoy teamwork and possess excellent qualities. You are willing to work during the day and/or night, in split hours, on weekends and public holidays, making you a very flexible and organized person.
